10:19 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 500 block of East Blue Earth Avenue. A written warning was issued.

10:45 a.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 400 block of East 4th Street.

2:05 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 800 block of East 3rd Street. A written report was issued.

3:23 p.m. — Police investigated a fraud complaint in the 3800 block of West Amber Lake Drive.

3:50 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 500 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

5:19 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 800 block of East 3rd Street.

5:39 p.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 300 block of Albion Avenue. The call was cleared.

5:52 p.m. — Police investigated a shoplifting complaint in the 1200 block of Goemann Road. A written report was issued.
