9:27 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 700 block of East 4th Street.

9:33 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 400 block of North Prairie Avenue.

9:41 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 700 block of Summit Drive.

10:10 a.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 100 block of East 8th Street.

10:50 a.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 400 block of Willow Street. A verbal warning was issued.
