11:45 a.m. — A threats complaint was reported in the 600 block of Burton Lane.

11:49 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 900 block of Victoria Street. A written warning was issued.

11:56 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 900 block of Victoria Street. A verbal warning was issued.
