1:39 p.m. — A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Winnebago Avenue. Police helped resolve a civil matter.

1:54 p.m. — A driving complaint was reported at Second and Dewey streets.

5:51 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 500 block of Tilden Street.

7:43 p.m. — A driving complaint was reported at 10th and North Main streets. Police were not able to locate the vehicle in question.
