10:34 a.m. — Police issued a parking citation related to a complaint about parking longer than 24 hours in the 200 block of East Second Street.

10:38 a.m. — Police issued a parking citation related to a complaint about parking longer than 24 hours in the 400 block of East Second Street.

10:52 a.m. — An animal complaint was reported in the 2800 block of South Albion Avenue. Police were not able to locate the animal.
