1:20 p.m. — Police issued a citation following a parking complaint in the 200 block of Downtown Plaza.

2:01 p.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 1600 block of North Prairie Avenue. Police issued a verbal warning.

4:15 p.m. — Illegal garbage dumping was reported in the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue. Police issued a verbal warning.

2:34 p.m. — Police cleared a call about shoplifting in the 200 block of Downtown Plaza.

3:09 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1000 block of East Blue Earth Avenue. Those involved were gone when police arrived.
