TRUMAN -- Tonight the Jaguar volleyball girls will be at Martin Luther in Northrop, and on Monday, Oct. 12 VB at Cedar Mountain. The Jaguars football game begins at 7 pm on Friday, Oct. 9 against the Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons at Adrian.

Truman Fire Relief Association pork patty night will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 10. Enjoy a pork patty with cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles if wanted, chips, cookie and water. The Fairmont Area Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Assembly 551 Veterans Fundraiser is Sunday, Oct. 11 from 11 a.m. 1:30 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Come and enjoy a burger with all the fixings, coleslaw, beans, chips, dessert and beverage. Take outs available. Tickets are adult presale $13 or at door $15, Veterans/spouse $12, kids 10-6 yrs $10, and 5 years and under free. Help support our Veterans that fought for our freedom.
