Truman Active Living is hoping to host a Farmers’ Market. Please contact Pat Jones at (507) 236-4433 or any other Truman Active Living member if you are interested in participating. If you have garden items, crafts, etc., and would be interested in having a table/booth, the group would love to have you join.
If you enjoy gardening and need a garden spot, Truman Active Living is again inviting gardeners to plant in the raised beds behind the school. You may sign up for one or more plots by contacting Pat Jones at (507) 236-4433. There is no charge for the plots. Gardeners are to plant within their own plots and keep weeds and produce picked on time. If not picked after a week, it will be harvested and donated. Water will be turned on from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Monday to Saturday. At the end of the season, the plots need to be cleaned. Thank you to the Truman Public School.
If anyone would like to participate in the Truman farmers’ market, please contact Pat Jones at (507) 236-4433.
