TRUMAN — Enjoy a fun-filled weekend of garage sales, a vintage tractor ride, medallion hunt, kids tractor pedal pull, farmers’ market, craft and food vendors, BINGO, beanbags and grass volleyball tournaments, 5K run, Belgian waffles, softball tournaments and many activities for all ages at Graf Park in Truman. The grand parade will be at 5 p.m. on Saturday, followed by a street dance at 8 p.m. on Ciro Street, with Steele Prairie performing country and ’80s rock. The Division 2 Southwest Sub-State American Legion Baseball Tournament will continue at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 25, in Truman.

The Minnesota Livestock Breeders’ Association, in conjunction with Minnesota 4-H and the 4-H Auction Committee, will award a minimum of $60,000 in scholarships to 4-H members furthering their education and working toward a post-secondary degree at an accredited college or university. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Aug. 1, 2025. More than $959,000 has been awarded since the auction began in 1995.
