Sherburn Theatre to show ‘The Smurfs’
SHERBURN — The Farmers’ Market in Trimont will be from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. today, July 23 at Anderson Park. Besides produce and items for sale there will be a children’s activities and Coffee and treats.

A Color Me A Story time for area children will be at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow, July 24 at the Sherburn Library. They are planning some artistic experiences at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29. Check out the Sherburn Library this summer.
Tuesday Coffee Hours continue from 8:30 to 10 a.m. each Tuesday in July at the Regional Worship Center in Sherburn. In August, the Coffee Hours will be at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. Join friends and neighbors for coffee, treats and fellowship each Tuesday morning.
The Mayo Mobile Clinic will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 28 and July 30 near the City Hall in Sherburn. Call the appointment number at (507) 238-8500 and mention Sherburn Clinic.
The Sherburn Theatre will show “The Smurfs” at 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 26 and at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 27. The Storybook Theatre performance will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 25 at the theatre.

The Friendship Club from St. John’s Lutheran Church invites area residents to join them for breakfast on the patio at 9 a.m. on Aug. 4 at Green Mill in Fairmont.
The American Red Cross blood drives are scheduled at the Regional Worship Center in Sherburn on Aug. 4 from 1 to 6 p.m., Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont on Aug. 6 and at LiveFit Gym in Fairmont on Aug. 8 and at the American Legion in Fairmont on Aug. 22. The Martin County West School District will have registration for classes only online. The summer hours for the school office are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Information is on their website at www.martin.k12.mn.us. The first day of school will be on Sept. 2 for grades 7-12 and Sept. 4 for all other grades. Summer sports camps are in full swing through the CER at MCW.
The Martin County Fair is in August, too.
