CEYLON — Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Ceylon will have its Saturday evening services at 5:30 p.m. tonight, June 21, with communion. Area residents are welcome to join them for these evening services on the first and third Saturdays.

An American Red Cross blood drive will be from noon to 6 p.m. on June 30 at the St. Paul’s Community Church in Welcome. Call the 800-RED-CROSS (800-733-2767) number, go online at www.redcrossblood.org or text BLOODAPP to 90999 to make an appointment.

Tuesday Coffee Hours continue from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on June 24 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Sherburn. In July, the Tuesday events will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Regional Worship Center in Sherburn, just south of Interstate 90. Join friends and neighbors for a morning of great fellowship around a cup of coffee and treats.

Ceylon Coffee Lovers meet each Thursday morning from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the back room of the Lake Belt Bar and Grill. Area residents are welcome to join them.

The Sundaes at the Park in Trimont will feature Lucy Larson as the musician for the 6 p.m. event on Sunday, June 22. Enjoy music and ice cream. The inclement weather location is the Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Trimont.

The Ceylon Area Historical Society Museum will be open for special hours during the Ceylon High School All Class Reunion weekend next weekend. It will be open from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 27, from 9:30 a.m. to whenever the banquet starts on Saturday, June 28, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 29 and from 1 to 3 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month in July and August. During the school reunion, the Time Capsule Box sealed at the Ceylon Centennial in 2000 will be opened. Since 2025 is the 125th anniversary of the founding of the City of Ceylon, more items will be added and resealed.

The Ceylon High School All Class Reunion will be next Saturday, June 28, at the Lake Belt Bar and Grill and the street west of the bar. There will be a ticketed meal and music by the Beekays Band. All Ceylon Huskies are welcome to join in the special evening.
