WELCOME — A Fish Fry Fundraiser for the Welcome Summer Festival will be from 5:30 to 7 today, Friday, April 4 at the Welcome Legion Hall. The menu includes pollack, butterfly shrimp, potato and coleslaw. $20 is the price for all-you-can-eat and $15 for a light bite of one fish and two shrimp. Good food and a good cause. Plan to attend.

The Welcome Historical Society will open the museum on Hulseman Street from 2 to 4 p.m on Saturday, April 5. They plan to be open from April to September on the first Saturday of each month. Condolences to the families of Clara Adamson from Trimont and Arven “Red” Holland from Welcome who passed away recently. They will be missed by friends and family.

Lenten mid-week services continue for the Circle of Faith Parishes at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome with a supper at 6 p.m. and services at 7 p.m. St. Paul’s Community Church will have Tuesday Bible Class and supper at 6 p.m.

Tuesday Coffee Hours continue from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in April at Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Trimont. Join friends and neighbors for good coffee, goodies, and great fellowship.
