Tomorrow, Nov. 18, there will be a Cribbage Tournament Registration begins 1:15 p.m. at the Welcome Legion Hall. The Registration dues will be paid back 100% in prizes. Anyone is welcome to play. They are planning to have tournaments on the second and third Saturdays of each month until spring. Welcome City Council is scheduled to meet 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall. All members are urged to attend. There is always a time for public comments/questions at the beginning of each meeting with out reservations. The Red Cross Blood Drive will be in Fairmont on November 28-30 at the Best Western motel just south of I 90. Blood is urgently needed now so give if you are able. Thank You.

There will be a Ruby’s Pantry Grocery Distribution 5:30-7 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Regional Worship Center in Sherburn. No income or residential requirements are used. No need to bring boxes but if anyone has some medium sized boxes they could use some next month and will get them from the cars at the beginning of the line if you let them know you have empty boxes. $25 gets a trunk full of groceries. A prepay may be used but must be signed up for by Sunday, Nov. 19 at www.rubyspantry.org. Stay in line until signs tell the pre-pay folks to go to another line.
