Clean Up Day Saturday in Welcome

By Sharon Rosen 3 min read

WELCOME -- Clean Up Day in Welcome will be held 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, or whenever the truck is full parked near the fire hall on Campbell Street. Only Welcome residents may take items to the truck. Be prepared to show proof of residency (like a drivers license). No hazardous or toxic materials, waste oil or liquid of any kind, no paints, no solvents, no yard waste, tires, concrete products and no appliances will be accepted. This is a free opportunity to get rid of items that may be ordinance violations and cost a fine later.
