CEYLON -- Circle of Faith parishes are reminded that in September, Sunday services will be held 9:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome and 10:30 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Trimont.

Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Ceylon has Saturday evening services with communion at 5:30 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays with Rev. Reimers. Bible study will be held 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 5 at Our Savior's. Area residents are welcome to join them.

Condolences to the family of Wayne Hansen who passed away recently. He will be missed.

There will be one more Tuesday coffee hours for the month of August from 8:30-10 a.m. Aug. 29 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Sherburn. September coffee hours will be held at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Welcome at the same times. Join friends and
neighbors for a hot cup of coffee, goodies and great fellowship. I have not heard of any group doing coffee hours in October, probably too close to harvest time.
