WELCOME — Ruby’s Pantry grocery distribution will be held 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, at the Regional Worship Center parking lot just south of I 90 in Sherburn. They will load your trunk with boxes of groceries for $25.

Tuesday coffee hours in August continue from 8:30-10 a.m. Aug. 22, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. Join friends and neighbors for coffee, goodies and great fellowship. September coffee hours are scheduled to be at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome.

Martin County West School District has scheduled two meetings for agricultural landowners in the district to help explain some of the tax impact the proposed new school project would have on those landowners. The first meeting will be 8 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 22 at the Sherburn Legion Hall. The other meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Aug. 23, at Triumph Hall in Trimont.
