A farmers market will be held 8-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at Graf Park in Truman. The Kitchen Island in the Truman Community Building has a beautiful new look with new sinks, faucet and Cambria countertop. Truman Active Living is hoping to get donations from businesses and individuals to upgrade the serving counter and the floor. Any donation will be appreciated. Checks should be made out to City of Truman with the community building put in the memo space.
