Truman Days kick off today from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. with 38 all-city garage sales that will run through Saturday. Some sales are one-day, some two and some all three. Maps are available at Casey's. Be sure to checks maps for the days and times to be held. Bargains are waiting for you.
Enjoy a fun filled weekend of garage sales, a vintage tractor ride, farmers market, craft and food vendors, bingo, beanbag and grass volleyball tournaments, 5K run, Belgian waffles, softball tournament, street dance, many activities for all ages at Graf Park and the grand parade at 5 p.m. Saturday.
Truman pool hours for Saturday only will be from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. The pool offers a water slide, rock climbing wall and diving board plus FREE mini golf for a $4 daily admission fee. The wading pool admission fee is $2 for kids 4 and under. If you have any questions call (507) 236-4436.
Enjoy your dad’s Belgian waffle breakfast from 7:30-10:30 a.m., Saturday at the Truman community building sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church. All you can eat waffles are $8 for adults and five years and under are free. Takeouts available. You will dine in air-conditioned comfort.
