CEYLON — There will be an installation and ordination for Jeff Hagen at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 30, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. The public is invited. There will be a light lunch following the service. Congratulations Jeff.

Circle of Faith parishes will have one more Sunday in April, then the services in May will be held 9 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome and 10:30 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Trimont. There will be a Pentecost vigil service at 6:30 p.m. on May 27 for all the parishes at First Lutheran in Trimont. Plan to attend.

The ladies group from St. Peter Lutheran Church in Ceylon will meet 1:3o p.m. Wednesday, May 3, at the Homestead Assisted Living residence of Janine Rasmussen in Estherville Iowa. All members are urged to attend.

Tuesday coffee hours will begin this year from 8:30-10 a.m. on May 2, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome. Join friends and neighbors for coffee, goodies and fellowship.

There will be an American Red Cross blood drive on May 8 at St. Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont, and one on May 11 at Martin County West High School.
