CEYLON – Tuesday coffee hours for August continue one more Tuesday from 8:30-10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. Tuesday coffee hours in September will be held at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome. Join friends and neighbors for good coffee, goodies, and fellowship.

The Coffee Lovers group in Ceylon continues to meet 8:30-10 a.m. every Thursday in the back room at the Lake Belt Bar and Grill in Ceylon. Area men and women are invited to join them.

Circle of Faith parishes are reminded that there will be Wednesday evening services at 6:30 p.m. at Waverly Lutheran Church north of Welcome one last night in August. Wednesday evening services for September will move to St. Peter Lutheran Church in Ceylon at 6:30 p.m.

An American Red Cross blood drive will be in Fairmont from Sept. 6-8 at the Best Western Motel, just south of I-90. There will also be a blood drive Sept. 26, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont. For further information and locations of nearby blood
