Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. The program this week will feature Betsy Tino, co-owner of Minuteman Press in Fairmont. The public is invited to attend.

Bake sale fundraiser Saturday

Martin County Humane Society bake sale fundraiser will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Fleet & Farm Supply Ace Hardware Store, 1300 N. State St. in Fairmont. Proceeds from the sale will help with expenses for the animals at the shelter in Fairmont. Everyone is welcome.
