WELCOME — All Circle of Faith parishes are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving together 6:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Eve, Nov. 25, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Ceylon. Masks and social distancing protocols will be observed.

Welcome City Council will be using their iPad’s to have virtual meetings beginning with the meeting on Dec. 1st. Watch for further information as to how the public can live stream the meetings.
