Martin County West Schools reminds parents that it will enforce the Minnesota School Immunization Law when school begins again.

They ask that you take the time now to get your child ready for the 2020-2021 school year. It is the parents’ job to submit immunization dates to the school nurse. Student immunization forms are available at: https://www.health.state.mn.us/people/immunize/basics/imzform.pdf or visit the MDH website for more information.

Because of limitations brought on by COVID-19, parents are advised to call their medical provider to schedule well-child check-ups and immunizations as soon as possible.
