Benefit set for Kennedy family
CEYLON — There will be a cribbage tournament beginning 1:15 p.m. today at Legends II in Ceylon.
Next weekend, a cribbage tournament will be held at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Welcome Legion.
Sounds like a fun way to spend a winter afternoon.

A benefit for the Dustin and Jesse Kennedy family will be held 4-8 today at Legends II Bar and Grill in Ceylon. The Kennedys lost their home in Ceylon and all its contents in a fire Nov. 12.
A meal of a pork tenderloin sandwich and side dishes will be served for a donation to the family.
There also will be a silent auction, bake sale and meat raffle.
Everyone is welcome.

Dustin works at Brand FX in Dunnell. Jesse works at the Good Samaritan home in Jackson. They have two pre-teen children.
