Upcoming events include Red Cross blood drives in Martin County, with hours in Fairmont on Sept. 10-12, and from 1-6 p.m. Sept. 19 in Ceylon.

Plan now to give the gift of life, blood. There tends to be a slowdown in blood donations during the busy summer months, but the need rises.
