TRUMAN — Truman High School class of 1948 will hold its 71st class reunion 11 a.m. Saturday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont.

Truman City Council meets 5:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public with a time for public comments or concerns.

Recycling day is Wednesday. Please place recycling carts curbside by 7 a.m. with all cardboard boxes broken down.

Truman Public Utilities Commission will meet 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the meeting room at Public Utilities Commission building in Truman. The public is always welcome to attend and share any comments or concerns.

Second Harvest Heartland and the Nutrition Assistance program for seniors, 60 years and older who are eligible, will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 102 Seventh Ave. E. in Truman. Please pre-register at (800) 365-0270.
