CEYLON – There will be a Ceylon High School All School Reunion on June 27, 2020. Save the date and plan to attend.

Tuesday is a busy day. The Ceylon City Council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall. There is always a time for public comment before the meeting.

The Thursday Coffee Lovers group meets at Legends 2 banquet room/Legion from 8:30 to 10 a.m. every Thursday in Ceylon.

On Sunday, the congregation at St. Paul’s in Wilbert is reminded that church will start at 10 a.m. instead of the usual 9:30 a.m., just for this Sunday.

Circle of Faith congregations will meet 8:30 a.m. Sunday at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Ceylon and Trinity Lutheran in Welcome. Waverly congregation will have a Wednesday evening service at 6:30 p.m. during August.

Tuesday coffee hours continue during August at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn from 8:30 to 10 a.m.

Tuesday is also the date for the Ceylon Legion and Sons of the Legion to meet at Legends 2 banquet hall at 7 p.m.

Our Savior’s Lutheran Church has Saturday evening worship at 5:30 p.m. year round. It will hold a Bible Class at 9:30 a.m. each Tuesday and welcome area residents to join them. The Bible class sessions will begin Sept. 3.
