Blue Earth Area narrows choices
BLUE EARTH – Two candidates have emerged as front-runners for the Blue Earth Area Schools superintendent job.
Mandy Fletcher and David Pace have been named finalists by the school board.
Fletcher, a graduate of Blue Earth Area, is currently superintendent/principal at Granada- Huntley-East Chain.
Pace is the superintendent at Greenway Public Schools and is a Madelia native.
Final interviews will be held Wednesday and Thursday. One candidate will be interviewed each day.
The board will meet Thursday with the intention of offering a contract to one of the finalists.
