Ceylon City Council recently heard that two pumps needed expensive repairs. They would like to remind the residents of Ceylon that not all things that say they are flushable are really flushable. Please Do not flush the wipes, paper towels, diapers or other unflushables even if they say they are flushable. Toilet paper only please.

The next meeting of the City Council will be 6 p.m. Feb. 12 at City Hall. There is always a time for public comment before the meeting. If anyone wants to be on the regular agenda, please contact the city clerk before the meeting.
