David T. Bailey Jr., 63, of Mankato, was convicted of traffic-fourth-degree driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing if requested by law enforcement, attend MADD Impact Panel, no driving without valid driver's license and insurance. Received an additional charge of third-degree-driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; dismissed.

Joshua P. Henning, 40, of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions-pass to the right; fined $185. Received an additional charge of traffic collision-driver involved fails to stop for collision-driven or attended vehicle; dismissed.
Speeding -- Scott A. Dybul, 48, of Oconomowoc, Wis.; fined $125.
Jeffrey E. Ovrebo, 64, of Wells, was convicted of window tint-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of expired driver's license-over 21; fined $100.
