Dakota E. Mitchell, 19, of Delavan, was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185. Received additional charges of careless driving in city park, and unreasonable acceleration; dismissed.

Speeding — Jeffrey P. Jackson, 40, of Chanhassen; fined $125; Martin R. Trierweiler, 32, of Spencer, Iowa; fined $135.

Vincent C. Vaughn, 70, of Fairmont, was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at ent. to thru highway; fined $185, sentenced to jail 10 days, stay 10 days for six months, unsupervised probation six months, no same or similar.

Ross J. Huper, 20, of Alden, received a stay of adjudication for game and fish-hunting-shining artificial light to locate wild animals; fined $185, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar offenses misdemeanor level or above.

Speeding — Dylan G. Mollman, 23, of Vermillion, S.D.; fined $125; Troy T. Beckford, 32, of Marshall; fined $135.

Daniel Martinez, 21, of Blue Earth, was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof mv insurance; fined $200.
