Deena M. Zender, 48, of Mapleton, was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; fined $200.

Gayle E. Jackson, 72, of Elmore, received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $175, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication one year, no same or similar. Received an additional charge of assault-fourth degree-motivated by bias; dismissed.

Peggy A. Johnson, 47, of Austin, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Received additional charges of windshield general prohibitions-no cracked or discolored windshields, headlamps required on all motor vehicles except motorcycles, and driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; dismissed.

Nathaniel J. Roberts, 29, of Wells, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260. Received an additional charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; dismissed.

Kevin P. Mertins, 55, of Minnesota Lake, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under influence of controlled substance; fined $75, sentenced to jail 24 days, credit for time served 24 days. Received additional charges of traffic-driving while impaired-third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor, driving after revocation, and cannabis open package-possess in motor vehicle-packaging has been opened or seal has been broken; dismissed.
