Received additional charges of domestic assault-by strangulation, and traffic-third-degree driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; dismissed.

Glaser, 37, of Orange City, Iowa, was convicted of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $910, sentenced to jail 75 days, credit for time served 75 days, supervised probation three years, commit to correctional facility 17 months, stay for three years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, cognitive skill training, programming as directed by your agent, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no driving without valid driver’s license and insurance, obtain driver’s license, complete diagnostic assessment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, follow all ICOTS directives regarding transfer out of state. Received additional charge of possess ammo/any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence; dismissed.

Joel A. Rivera, 35, of Milford, Iowa, was convicted of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 361 days for two years, credit for time served three days, supervised probation two years, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training, cooperate with Interstate Compact to transfer this file to Iowa, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
