Lacey M. Prohaska, 41, of Welcome, was convicted of assault-fifth-degree-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar offenses, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, if requested by law enforcement. Received an additional charge of assault-fourth-degree-peace officer-physically assaults; dismissed.
