Baer, 26, of Truman, was convicted of arson-first degree-dwelling or building appurtenant; fined $100, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 112 days, sentenced to service 15 days for indeterminate, commit to correctional facility 68 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, complete comprehensive assessment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, pay restitution, no contact with victim or family, complete diagnostic assessment, complete treatment, enter and successfully complete Drug Court, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, cognitive skill training, contact probation within 24 hours of the first business day after release from custody.
