Olson, 71, of Mankato, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $3,233.89, sentenced to jail 364 days stay 348 years for two years, credit for time served 16 days, unsupervised probation two years, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, pay restitution in the amount of $2,623.89, no same or similar. Edwin J. Haler, 56, of Winnebago, was convicted of drivers license-driving after revocation-participates ignition interlock; fined $385, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for two years, unsupervised probation two years, no same or similar.

Window tint-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Cole K. Brockmann, 18, of Granada; fined $135.

Speeding — Edward Klein, 72, of Rockford, Ill.; Teddy E. Nielsen, 41, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Seat belt required-driver and passengers must use — Robert J. Louis, 46, of Sibley, Iowa; fined $110.
