Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Edwin W. Chirinos Pineda, 38, of Wells; fined $185.

Gerald D. Simpson, 35, of Round Lake, was convicted of domestic assault-misdemeanor-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $535, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 29 days, defendant may qualify for huber work release if eligible, jail term to be served concurrent with Nobles County case.
