Oudekerk, 37, of Welcome, was convicted of drugs-third-degree-possess 10 grams or more a narcotic drug other than heroin or fentanyl; fined $1,735, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 37 days, commit to correctional facility 33 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training, contact probation agent within 24 hours of the first business day after release from custody, no contact with co-defendants.
