Donovan M. Swanson, 23, of Sherburn, was convicted of domestic assault-misdemeanor-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, domestic no contact (DANCO), remain law-abiding, no contact with victims.
