Received additional charges of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and assault-fifth-degree-inflict or attempt bodily harm; dismissed.

Edwin J. Haler, 56, of Winnebago, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $25.
