Hatfield, 44, of Fairmont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $748.03, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State, domestic abuse evaluation, domestic no contact (DANCO), do not enter victim’s residence, pay restitution in the amount of $363.03.

Devon J. McCoy, 44, of Milford, Iowa, was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, no same or similar. no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received additional charges of driving while impaired-fourth-degree driving while impaired-described and driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; dismissed.

Gabrial E. Caven, 23, of Winnebago, was convicted of driver fails to stop for stop sign; fined $135. Also convicted of duty to drive with due care; fined $125.

Tyson N. Robbins, 48, of Lake Park, Iowa, was convicted of open bottle law-possession-crime described; fined $185. Received an additional charge of traffic collision-driver involved fails to stop for collision-driven or attended vehicle; dismissed.

Daniel S. Stauter, 33, of Sherburn, was convicted of malicious punishment of a child (not applicable-GOC); fined $75, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, sentenced to service eight days for indeterminate, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State, cognitive skill training, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, provide supervising agent with most recent neuro psych report and provide your current mental health providers recommendations for therapy, follow all recommendations for care and aftercare. Received additional charges of domestic assault-misdemeanor-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another (assault to commit-GOC) and domestic assault-misdemeanor-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; dismissed.
