Alyssa R. Heater, 29, of Trimont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Gloria M. Rojas Rojas, 51, of Fairmont, was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer (not applicable-GOC); fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar. Received additional charge of aid and abet 609.50.1(2)-assault-second-degree-dangerous weapon; dismissed.
