Leslie M. Hernandez, 42, of Fairmont, was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel. Alyssa R. Heater, 29, of Trimont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Gloria M. Rojas Rojas, 51, of Fairmont, was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer (not applicable-GOC); fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar. Received additional charge of aid and abet 609.50.1(2)-assault-second-degree-dangerous weapon; dismissed.

Speeding — Khojiakbar Abdumajidov, 23, of Plainsville, Ill.; fined $125.

Scott D.
