Pourrier, 38, of New Ulm, was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $75, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 353 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, sentenced to service four days for indeterminate, unsupervised probation two years, no misdemeanor violations or greater, pay restitution, once a certificate of restitution is filed if no objection, restitution is reserved for 45 days, will be due one year from date of order, do not enter additional locations.

Fish and game-take big game and wolves with illegal firearm — Lucas E. Chavez Martin, 32, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Garrett L. Gilman, 26, of Amboy, was convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $110. Received additional charges of no proof of motor vehicle insurance and driver/owner allow open bottle; dismissed.

Speeding — Kevin R. Schweer, 36, of Minnesota Lake; fined $135.
