Received an additional charge of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-$1,000; dismissed.

Miguel A. Hernandez, 19, of Mounds View, was convicted of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of instruction permit violations-persons 18 years or older-requirements; fined $135. Received an additional charge of speeding; dismissed.
