Driving after revocation — Michael A. Johnson, 30, of Fairmont; Kurtis L. Lynch, 33, of Fairmont; Gilberto Mayorga Cedillo, 34, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Justin M. H. Dougherty, 29, of Alpha, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Joshua A. Johnson, 37, of Swea City, Iowa, received of stay of imposition pursuant to M.S. 609.135 for domestic assault-felony; fined $160, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, sentenced to community work service 40 hours for indeterminate, supervised probation five years, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, have no use for possession of any mood-altering chemical, including alcohol or THC, unless prescribed and monitored by a licensed medical provider, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all instructions of probation, comply with ICOTS requirements and obtain permission prior to leaving the State, Mental Health Evaluation, Complete an updated mental health evaluation within 60 days of sentencing. This includes completing also a Domestic Violence assessment if directed by supervising agent. Follow all recommendations for care and aftercare. The Department of Corrections is authorized to release a copy of the PSI for the purposes of a mental health evaluation, Domestic Violence assessment and/or intervention programs recommended, no contact with victim(s), no threats of violence, no assault, cognitive skill training, contact with probation, domestic no contact (DANCO). Received additional charges of driving after suspension and harassment-causes of reasonably expect to cause substantial emotional distress to another person; dismissed.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to through highway — William B. Varnadore, 41, of Truman; fined $135.

Vehicle registration/permit/plates required — Austin V. J. Dawley, 24, of North Mankato; fined $115.

Michael R. Heenan, 65, of Blue Earth, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no contact with victim(s), no assault or disorderly behavior.

Jorge E. Tellez Jr., 29, of Fairmont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, unsupervised probation one year, anger management, take and complete an anger management class, remain law-abiding, no threatening or disorderly behavior.
