Roger D. Rodenz, 47, of Elmore, was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for two years, unsupervised probation two years, obtain driver’s license, no driver license violations, no additional driving after cancellation offenses.
Kimberly A. Terhurne, 50, of Delavan, was convicted of improper change of course or fail to signal lane change; fined $210. Received additional charges of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway and driver turning left fails to yield right of way to oncoming traffic; dismissed.
Jeremy J. Shoemaker, 41, of Blue Earth, was convicted of identity theft-transfers/possesses/uses identity of other person; fined $1,600, sentenced to correctional facility 60 months, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, $1,400, provide biological specimen for DNA when directed. Received additional charge of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not small amount of marijuana; dismissed.
