Also convicted of failure to obtain new driver’s license after changing name or address; fined $20. Received an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; dismissed.
George G. Garcia, 33, of Saint James, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.
Koltin H. K. Johnson, 21, of Odin, was convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $135. Also convicted of bumper height 25 inches, truck; fined $50.
Clint E. Winter, 51, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication for junk yards-Martin County; unsupervised monitoring without adjudication nine months, no sale of farm implements, equipment or parts thereof will occur upon said real property, no farm vehicles, implements or equipment or parts thereof shall be stored within the statutory buffer zone of a ditch or waterway upon said real property (1 rod), no more than 25 items of farm implements, equipment or machinery on the real property I own lying West of 100th Avenue, provide proof of ownership of a certain triangle of real property known as the “Truesdell Triangle” within 60 days or file an action disputing ownership thereof within 60 days, if I own or file an action to own said “Truesdell Triangle” within 60 davs of this agreement, I will store only my collectible and operable fire trucks and farm motor vehicles in said area and remove all other items by the end of the stay period, if I do not own or dispute ownership thereof, and I will remove all of my belongings from said area by the end of the stay period.
