Driving after revocation — Vanessa Y. Guerra, 31, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Kristina M. Cassibry, 38, of Granada was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $110.76, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for six months, unsupervised probation six months, pay restitution in the amount of $10.76, all payments should be applied towards restitution first, no same or similar.

Joe M. Garner, 48, of Rochester received an amended court disposition for third-degree criminal sex conduct-16-17-act-48 old-position authority; complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment while in custody and follow all recommendations timely, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, if inpatient treatment is recommended, defendant may be furloughed to inpatient treatment if a bed is available, Martin County Sheriff’s Office is ordered to transport the defendant. if defendant is successful with inpatient treatment, the defendant does not have to serve the remainder of the 90 day jail term, disclose all electronic to agent, all electronics are subject to monitoring as directed by agent, reinstated on supervised probation under all previously ordered conditions, contact probation within 24 hours of the first business day after release from custody.
