Robert J. Siems, 57, of Fairmont, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200.

Patrick Spencer, 45, of Shoreline, Wash., was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of move over-passing parked authorized vehicle-failure to reduce speed until completely passed; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.
