Robert W. McAloon, 31, of St. Paul, was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200.

Preston D. Vaughn, 20, of Minneapolis, was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Received an additional charge of driving after revocation; dismissed.

Mateo Us Perez, 24, of Fairmont, was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Josif L. D. Szucs, 30, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $175, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication six months, no same or similar.

Austin W. Seifert, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar. Received an additional chare of driving after revocation; dismissed.

Rolando Zamora Jr., 24, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $510, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for one year, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, pay restitution in the amount of $247.72, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no same or similar, complete post sentence investigation.
